BOOTH POLICIES: A 50% deposit is due with the application. Full payment deadline is Tuesday, March 10, 2009. Booths may be reserved after this date with payment in full plus a 15% additional late fee. Non-profit applicants must send us a 501 (c)(3) letter. Please note: electrical and telephone service are not included in the booth fee. Floor covering is not mandatory, although suggested. Carpet will enhance your exhibit presence.
